House Groups

We like to encourage everyone to join a small group for fellowship, Bible study, discussion and encouragement.

You do not have to be a church member before you can join a group. They are open to everyone and can be a great way to get to know people if you are just beginning to attend the church.

Currently we have an Alpha Course starting on Monday 27th September at 7.15pm. This is an introductory session and if it suits everyone who comes the remainder of the course will be at the home of Andrea and Paul Miller, tel. 0151 924 7721 for more details.  Alpha is a great informal way to explore the Christian faith for those who have come to church all their lives and those who have just put a toe in the water!

The Freedom in Christ Course is running on Thursday afternoons at 1.15pm. This is a DVD/discussion based programme which helps each of us to gain assurance of our relationship with God as our Father and to live in the joy of the gift of salvation in Jesus through the Holy Spirit.

The 21M course explores Mission in the 21st Century and is a Bible based programme which encourages getting to grips with contemporary issues from a Christian perspective.

The Christians against Poverty money courses run regularly (see notices) in conjunction with the CAP centre based at Northfield Church.

This winter we will be running parenting courses and a marriage course.
